All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Shipping fee: $12.95
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping:
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Available for orders over $50
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: International orders (excluding Asia and certain remote areas) may experience slightly longer processing times due to customs procedures.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process for eligible products.

Return Conditions

  • You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange
  • The product must be in its original condition – unused, with all packaging and accessories
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required

Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-made or personalized bins (including products from our « Cache-poubelle » and « Poubelle Pour Collectivité » collections)
  • Products damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation

Return/Exchange Process

  2. Our team will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions
  3. Pack the product carefully with all original accessories
  4. Ship the package to the provided address (return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we made an error)
  5. We will inspect the product within 3-5 business days of receipt

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after return approval
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective products)

Exchanges
